*If you plan to pay by check or money order, please call 800-769-1199 to hold a place in the course. However, receipt of payment is required to reserve your place in the course. All registrations sent to the P.O. Box must arrive at least 10 business days prior to the course date.

Pre-Requisites

Please check the detailed course description web page for any applicable pre-requisite course or knowledge base before registering. ABS Consulting Training Services assumes all registrants have the necessary pre-requisites and will accept no liability if the pre-requisites are not met.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by credit card, check, purchase order, or bank transfer - whichever is more convenient for you.

Did you get your confirmation e-mail?

ABS Consulting Training Services will send you two types of written (email) notices prior to a course. An acknowledgement notice informs you that we have received your registration request. A separate confirmation email notice will be sent to you when the course is confirmed (approximately 4 weeks in advance). If you have not received an acknowledgement email within 48 hours of registration and/or a confirmation email within 4 weeks of the course, please contact Customer Service at 800-769-1199.

Privacy Policy

We will treat your information with the same respect and concern we would expect to be treated ourselves.

We may initiate limited communications with you about information we believe would be of interest to you. We promise to limit these communications in frequency and content, and not to make a nuisance of ourselves. On request, we will immediately remove you from our distribution.

We will never divulge your e-mail address to other parties, except as required to process your course registration.

Travel Policy

ABS Consulting Training Services is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets/travel arrangements or the cancellation/change fees associated with canceling a flight or other travel arrangements. ABS Consulting Training Services encourages attendees to call and confirm whether a specific course is confirmed before purchasing nonrefundable/penalty travel arrangements. Courses are subject to cancellation, and course dates and locations are subject to change; under these circumstances our liability is limited to reimbursement of tuition only.

Hotel Information

Some ABS Consulting Training Services courses may be held at a venue where special room rates have been negotiated. Specific information will be listed in the on the Course Description Web page or may be obtained by calling Customer Service at 800-769-1199. To ensure accessibility to discounted rates, mention ABS Consulting when making your reservations with a designated hotel and make your reservations before the listed cutoff date.

Fees

Course fees include all manuals and course materials. For some courses, lunch and/or refreshments are also provided. Fees do not include accommodations or transportation. ABS Consulting Training Services reserves the right to change course fees at any time. Please check www.absconsulting.com/trainingservices for the latest information.

Personal Property

Attendees are responsible for all personal belongings during the course while in the hotel and other meeting space; this includes all breaks, lunch, and overnight accommodations. ABS Consulting Training Services does not assume responsibility for any missing or damaged articles.

Training courses offered by ABS Consulting Training Services have been selected for continuing education units by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH), Institute of Hazardous Materials Management (IHMM), National Environmental Safety and Health Training Association (NESHTA, formally NETA), Board of Certified Safety Professional (BCSP), Board of Environmental Safety, & Health Auditor Certification (BEAC), American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), and many State Bar Associations.

Satisfaction Guaranteed!

ABS Consulting Training Services guarantees the quality of our courses. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a course you have attended, please submit your constructive criticism in writing to the Training Director and ABS Consulting Training Services will refund you registration fee.

Transfer, Substitution, and Cancellation Policy

Registrants who are unable to attend a course may, by letter, fax, or e-mail at any time before the course begins, designate a substitute or transfer their registration to the next scheduled class. To obtain a full refund, please submit your notice of cancellation by letter or e-mail at least 10 business days before the course begins. If it becomes necessary to cancel any course, ABS Consulting Training Services will notify you at least 1 week before the course begins and promptly refund your tuition or, if you wish, enroll you in the next scheduled class. Courses are subject to cancellation, and course dates and locations are subject to change; under these circumstances our liability is limited to reimbursement of tuition only. Funds placed on "hold" must be used, transferred, or refunded within 1 year of the cancellation date.

The Certified ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 Lead Auditor Training Courses are open for registration to the first 10 students. Course cancellation or transfers must be received in writing 30 days prior to the course start date in order to receive a full refund or credit for a future course. No refunds will be given within 1 month of the course date. However, you may designate a substitute by letter or e-mail any time before the course. Please note: Registrations are accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis and are not guaranteed for “hold spots.”

Refund Policy

To obtain a refund, please submit your notice of cancellation by letter or e-mail at least 10 business days before the course begins. Cancellations received within 10 business days of the course cannot be refunded, however, you may still transfer your tuition payment to the next class or place the funds on “hold.” Funds placed on "hold" must be used or transferred within 1 year of the cancellation date.
