to Become World's Premier Risk Management Company, ABS

of July 1, 2001, EQE International, Inc., one of the world's
leading independent providers of risk assessment and risk
management services, and ABS Group Inc., consolidated as
ABSG Consulting Inc. Marketing under the name ABS Consulting,
the unified Company will be the premier risk management
consulting company in the world.

name change signals to both ABS Group Inc.'s and EQE's
clients around the world that they are now being served
by one company with greatly expanded capabilities in the
provision of risk management and engineering services,
along with safety, quality and environmental management
