(Knoxville, TN) The Fall 2004 issue of Journal for Quality and Participation includes a paper entitled On the Trail to a Solution: Problem Solving Should Be Like Treasure Hunting, written by Jim Rooney of ABS Consulting's Operational Risk and Performance Consulting Division and Deborah L. Hopen of Pioneer Learning. The paper is the first in a seven-part series to help improve an organization’s problem-solving efforts.
